Recent innovation in the media industry as well as acquisitions meant TI Media adapting to market and consumer demands, and change in its internal structure. The company was very segregated and needed scheduled reporting. Different MDs were running separate businesses and brands e.g. media titles, with siloed and isolated data and budgets.


Creation of a Data Warehouse and implement a BI solution as a visual and centralised marketplace for 80 brands, with collaboration between departments to utilise same selling points. Data Technology consulting services with implementation of Qlik with Developers, and training to skill users. NPrinting for automated scheduled reporting.


A bespoke and centralised data analytics platform to combine data sources, has helped keep costs low and gain cultural adoption in use and collaborative dialogue. A simple report has replaced some  20,000 Business Objects reports, which everyone is using to isolate skills in the business. This streamlined approach with scheduled reporting has saved time five-fold with easy access to information and provided a quicker data access service.
