Leading Facilities Management firm Atalian Servest needed analytics technology that matched their ‘best in class service’. Having won several key client contracts it became clear that the ‘out of the box’ Microsoft programmes no longer met their needs. Atalian commissioned Data Technology to complete a proof of concept, during which, Qlik was quickly determined to be the only platform that could deliver on their requirements.
Solution
Data Technology provided a solution in the form of Qlik Sense Enterprise. Gathering data from various internal and external sources, it visualises detailed data around performance, results and value of services provided to clients. The speed, agility and ease of use of means that clients can have tailored “dashboards” for their specific needs, providing insight into the metrics that matter most to them. Qlik also allows users to self-audit, helping identify areas in need of improvement.

Users can now access information on any device, and the new collaborative way of working has empowered proactive decision making. Combining enhanced performance, Qlik dashboards in service portfolios deliver added value to clients, and help Atalian Servest win contracts.
