Situation

An award-winning aerospace logistics company, B&H operates non-stop year round, delivering over 21,000 shipments every year to 110 countries. As such, they produce large volumes of data around finance, sales and shipping, which lacked in consistency, transparency, and timely reporting. This resulted in the organisation not having the most accurate or pertinent data they needed to see further success.

Solution

Data Technology helped deliver Qlik Sense apps and NPrinting automated reporting, providing guidance on the best approach with intuitive dashboards. This visualised accurate daily operational data on demand e.g. daily sales, job profitability etc. for B&H for the first time. Qlik was introduced company-wide, with KPIs added in each vertical.

With Qlik’s agility, ease of set up and use, along with its intuitive approach meant that data quality improved across the organisation. Timely and accurate data analysis thanks to automated reporting also led to growing trust in the data, higher data literacy and greater efficiencies in time and costs.
